Please note: If the item was purchased through one of our stockists, you will need to contact the stockist directly to arrange your return and/or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
We've extended our returns period from our usual 28 days return policy for customers who have purchased gifts in the lead up to Christmas.
Purchases made between 1st November 2023 and 24th December 2023 can be returned up until 21st January 2024.
Purchases made from 25th December 2023 onwards will have 28 days to return.
Please note the following before making your return:
Items must be in the same condition that you received them in with all the original labels still attached and no make-up stains or marks.
For hygiene reasons we can not accept the return of women's briefs.
Making a return or exchange from an ONLINE PURCHASE:
If you would like to request a refund or exchange an item for a different size, colour or style please complete our returns form by clicking 'Returns Portal' below.
You will need the order confirmation details to process your return/exchange. This can be found in your order confirmation email.
Making a return or exchange from an EVENT
If you would like to request a refund or exchange an item for a different size, colour or style please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure you include the below details within your email:
- The event that you purchased the item.
- A photo of your till receipt (the receipt that details the product purchased).
In the unlikely event that the item you received is not what you originally ordered or is faulty, please email: email@example.com within 14 days of your order being delivered, we will then advise on how to proceed.
Please follow the below link and populate the form to access your free returns label. You can either print this and attach it to the parcel yourself, or if you don't have a printer, you can take your parcel to the Post Office and show them the QR code which will be emailed to you on completion of the form.
