Our Promise

We promise, to continue to produce the very best quality clothing.

We promise, greed will never be part of our brand. We will never over inflate our margins.

We promise, we will continue to use our channels, reach, and influence for good. We stand by and support Great British farmers and will continue to bang the drum in support.

And last, but certainly not least. We promise to always listen to YOU our customers.

An ambitious dream

An ambitious dream

Our story began in 2017. We were in our early twenties we didn’t have a lot, but did have a huge love and admiration for where we grew up in Devon, (Harry in Salcombe, Clare on a farm in the rolling countryside hills close by)… we also had an ambitious dream.

To create an authentic, go-to coast and countryside lifestyle brand. This brand would be different. It would have soul. Influences from both our childhoods would feed into the brand. We’d stand by what we believe in, use our influence for good. We wouldn’t be greedy and over inflate our margins. We wouldn’t compromise on quality and we’d forge relationships with factories that shared our vision for unrivalled quality.

Did we have fashion experience? No. Were we determined to make it work? Yes.

"Did we have fashion experience? No.
Were we determined to make it work? Yes."

Authentic

We wanted to create a clothing brand that gave us the opportunity to carve out a unique identity and product that truly reflected the lifestyle that we had grown up with and had inspired us to stay in Devon. Plus, it felt like the countryside needed a new authentic brand.

Right from the start, we were determined to offer the very best quality, ensure our pieces were made as close to home as possible and offer fair prices, not being greedy over margin. All of which we have kept to.

In 2017 we launched Beaumont & Bear and gradually started growing the brand using the power of social media and word of mouth.

Built to last

Built to last

We decided that if we were going to do this, we were going to do it properly.

Which is why we’re not driven by trends, nor do we offer seasonal collections. Instead, we focus on creating timeless pieces that will remain in our collection for years to come.

Each new piece continues to be designed in our Devon studio. We then work with our talented, family run factories in Portugal and Turkey to bring each new piece to life. We work with beautiful fabrics and are obsessive over detail to bring you the very best quality.

All of our fabrics are produced bespoke to our brand, which is how we can promise uncompromised softness and durability. We won’t skimp on accessories, either. We are proud to use the very best quality zip pulls and trims with all of our items.

Where are we now?

Our brand has grown significantly since our humble beginnings. We are now proud to be a recognised coast and countryside brand. Our collection has expanded considerably, our team has grown, and we have recently moved into a brand new 8,000 square foot office and warehouse space in Exeter, Devon.

Our collection is available online, throughout network of selected stockists across the UK and at the handful of prestigious events we attend throughout the summer months.

We are proud to have raised over £15,000 for agricultural charities, are the official clothing sponsor for Farm 24, an official sponsor of Exeter Chiefs and are proud outfitters for the Salcombe Ferry.
