I’m wanting a product and it’s out of stock, when will it be restocked?

If a product is out of stock, you can sign up to our back in stock notification for that product. We highly recommend signing up as our popular products can go fast. You can be notified through either email or Text. To do this, click the ‘notify me when available’ option on the product that is out of stock.

UK: 48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail (estimated 3-5 working days) - £3.95. During sales, delivery times may be extended.

How long will my order take to arrive?

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Royal Mail Strikes, there may be delays to deliveries and our advised delivery times. This is unfortunately out of our control.

 As long as your order doesn't contain any pre-order items, you should expect to receive your order with 3-5 working days in the UK.

If your order contains/is a pre-order item we will dispatch your order as soon as the pre-order item is back in stock.

During sales, delivery times may be extended.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the UK.We are looking to offer a wider range of delivery locations in the near future.

When we launch this, we will announce it on our social channels.

How do I request a return or refund?

If your order is within our 14 day return/ exchange period, head over to our returns centre HERE and fill in the form. - providing that they are in the same condition (i.e. not worn or washed) as when you purchased them with all of the labels still attached.
